  1.  Customer Service Officer – Mandarin 

Responsibilities: 

  • Handling customer queries through phone call and email; Identifying customer needs, providing first point resolution/investigation where possible or escalating when required to relevant departments and following up on the resolution​

  • Accurately processing with a high volume of transactions and ensuring high accuracy at all times

  • Real time monitoring system generated email alerts and operating system performance of front-end operations within set timeframes

  • Teamwork in a group between 5-10 people with supervision
